WVU CED programs that help foster youth and adults featured in The Inter-Mountain

A recent story in The Inter-Mountain sheds light on WVU CED programs that support those involved in the foster care system.

The story highlights the Mentoring with Oversight for Developing Independence with Foster Youth (MODIFY) program, which helps guide youth transitioning out of foster care by connecting them with resources and supports to help aid their education journey.

It also features the Specialized Family Care (SFC) program which helps connect children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with foster families who provide a loving home.

Regional Transition Navigator services (RTNS) is also mentioned. This program provides free information, training and services to at-risk youth ages 14-25.
